Every floor is professionally installed using a proven multi-step process designed for Florida's climate.

Surface Preparation
Preparation is key to a long-lasting floor. Our team carefully grinds the concrete using professional diamond grinding equipment to properly prepare the surface before any coatings are applied. This step creates the ideal profile for maximum adhesion.

Strong Foundation
Once the concrete is properly prepared, we apply our commercial-grade Moisture Vapor Barrier epoxy base coat. This foundation helps create a durable bond with the concrete while providing added protection against moisture vapor.

Decorative Flake Finish
Next comes the fun part. We apply a full broadcast of decorative flakes, completely covering the surface for a seamless, attractive finish. Choose from a wide variety of colors-or create your own custom color blend to complement your home and style.

Durable Protective Topcoat
To complete the system, we apply a premium polyaspartic topcoat that locks everything together. This final layer provides outstanding durability, UV protection, chemical resistance, and a beautiful, high-gloss finish that's built to last.
